Apartments & Utilities

At The Galaxy at Polaris, we offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 373 to 1,204 sq ft. View current availability on our Floor Plans page or contact our leasing team for more details.

Each apartment home includes features such as stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and smart home technology. Features vary by floor plan.

Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, trash, and internet. A full breakdown is provided prior to move-in.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $75,000 in liability coverage.

Rent & Payments

Rent is paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit, or other approved payment methods.

Yes, residents can enroll in autopay through the resident portal.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

If rent is not received by the 1st, a $50 late fee is applied on the 2nd. If payment is not received by the 5th, an additional fee is assessed, bringing total late fees to $250 as of the 6th.

Leasing, Applications, & Tours

Lease terms range from 6 to 14 months, depending on availability.

Applications can be completed online by selecting your preferred floor plan and submitting the required information.

At application, a $60 application fee (per applicant or married couple) and $150 toward the administrative fee are due.
Prior to move-in, residents pay the remaining $250 administrative fee, prorated rent, and any applicable pet fees. A full cost summary is provided before lease signing.

Applicants must demonstrate a net income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent and meet standard credit and rental history criteria. Full qualification details are available upon request.

Applications are typically processed instantly through our screening partner, Findigs, with most applicants receiving a decision immediately. In some cases, the process may take up to 48 hours, depending on additional information needed.

We offer in-person and self-guided tours. Tours can be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office.

Pets

Yes. The Galaxy at Polaris allows up to two pets per apartment home, with access to amenities such as a dog park, pet wash station, and nearby walking trails.

Yes. A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home, with a combined weight limit of 100 lbs. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be registered prior to move-in. Contact the leasing office for full policy details.

A one-time pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet apply.

Amenities

Residents enjoy amenities such as a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, cardio and yoga studio, podcast recording studio, rooftop terrace, tanning bed, game room, open-air amphitheater, and controlled access entry.

Yes, community amenities are included in rent. Optional add-ons such as reserved event space, storage rooms, and EV charging are available for an additional fee.

Yes. Select amenities, including the fitness center, complimentary coffee bar, and clubhouse, are available 24 hours a day. Others, such as the pool, outdoor areas, cardio/yoga studio, podcast studio, game room, and rooftop terrace, operate during posted hours.

Yes, the rooftop terrace and event spaces can be reserved. Contact the leasing office for availability and details.

Yes, guests are welcome in accordance with community guidelines. Guest limits may apply.

Parking & Transportation

Residents have access to a covered parking garage at no additional cost.

Parking is first-come, first-served.

Yes, guest parking is available in designated areas within the parking garage.

Yes, secure bike storage is available in a dedicated bike storage room.

Yes. Charging stations are available on every floor of the garage, with usage fees that vary by location. Reserved charging spaces are also available on the 4th floor for $50 per month and include reduced usage rates.

Yes. The community is conveniently located near Polaris Parkway, Old Worthington Road, Ikea Way, and I-71.

Maintenance & Repairs

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

Yes, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

Our team responds promptly to all requests, prioritizing urgent issues and completing repairs as efficiently as possible.

Neighborhood & Lifestyle

The Galaxy at Polaris is located in the Polaris area of Columbus, offering convenient access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and everyday essentials.

Nearby options include Fresh Thyme, Costco, Kitchen Social, Chick-fil-A, Eddie Merlot’s, and shopping at Polaris Fashion Place, all within approximately 5 minutes or 2 miles.

Zoned schools include Walnut Creek Elementary, Berkshire Middle School, and Olentangy Orange High School, with nearby access to Otterbein University and The Ohio State University.

Yes. Outdoor destinations such as Polaris Founders Park, the on-site walking path, and Alum Creek Trail are all located within approximately one mile.
